My greatest passion is working with children who are differential learners, due to learning disability such as but not limited to, dyslexia, dysgraphia, dyscalculia, and other specific learning disabilities.

I am a differential learner and have been diagnosed with dysgraphia, dyslexia, dyscalculia, dyspraxia, and ADHD. Being a differential learner has allowed me to be able to view “problems” in a different perspective. I use my “disabilities” to my ability, by engaging clients with strategies to overcome obstacles that are presented.

In May 2013 I finished my undergraduate degree in Elementary Education, where I taught with at risk populations for 2 years. In August 2017 I completed my MBA with a concentration in Health Administration. Soon after I realized that my calling was to become a Speech Language Pathologist. I have worked in the field of Speech and Language Pathology for over 5 years. As a licensed Speech Language Pathologist I use evidence-based practices with all my clients for all speech/language/literacy deficits and meet the child where they are at currently.

Language and literacy are areas that is specific and requires years of continuing education to be able to assess current level of ability and to be able to provide the tools necessary for your child to become successful and confident in communication and/or academically.
